      Pros

      Some of the leadership is really and truly inspiring and they seem to embrace a work life balance. The work is very interesting, and the projects are engineering feats!

      Cons

      The company overall is going through some restructure and growing pains from changing from Siemens to Innomotics, and even though some of the leadership is really good, others lack basic customer centricity and business accumen.
