Pros
RnD at HQ is working miracles to make fabulous product and industry-leading ad serving platform. People are mostly friendly and willing to help. There are great minds in the company, pushing innovative products. It's a good place for juniors to learn about the industry / ad-tech from scratch
Cons
Management is a mess, information is not transparent, there's an obvious gap between senior "high level" people and "low level" people, and the communication between the 2 is not efficient. Work division is a mess too. There's no proper job review, slackers might be kept in the company; while hard working people might get warned if they get in contact with the "power circle". People work with a relatively loose standard. There's quite some tension between departments yet nothing has been solved over the years. Each branch has their own way of doing things, SOP is non-existent.
