The mission of the InnerChange family of mental health programs is a very noble cause. The company has the goal of healing generations. Each of the different programs within InnerChange support families in a very unique way. It is inspiring to be part of a team that is making a positive different in the lives of others.

One of the challenges that InnerChange faces is that the family of programs are located across the United Sates. This provides management with the opportunity unify each program towards a central focus. I do believe that management is moving in the right direction.

The hiring process takes so long it is unreal. It's not complicated, but they aren't on the ball so you can expect it to take them a few weeks just to contact references. The doctor over all process can take 4-6 weeks of you just waiting around wondering if they remember you or if they lost all of your information. Once your hired, it's a good place to work, but don't quit your current day job till you know they're done with all of your paperwork.
