Great job for those looking for a fast paced environment in front of people. Entertainment factor is at the next level here, with the employees providing the entertainment. This is a fantastic introduction into the tourism industry. Fun place to work for those looking for short-term commitments.
Cons
The staff here is mostly seasonal, meaning the age differences at certain times of the year is very obvious. Many young school age staff are hired with lots to offer, but lots to complain about as well. Expect many daily discussions to revolve around staff gossip and general complaints.
