Pros
Nice work space, good people. This company has been around for a long time and there are many long-term employees who have significant history and experience.
Cons
The management team does not seem to truly care about the employees who have spent much of their careers building Inmar's services and supporting their customers, as they will quickly eliminate someone's job (especially when they have been there for many years, therefore likely making more money than someone just hired) just to hit their numbers. Sacrificing people's careers just to ensure you hit a number promised to your investors is a crappy way to treat loyalty. Fake management + manufactured culture + trying to be a technology company when you are not + living in fear that you'll be cut any any time = Inmar.
