I am sorry to read your comments. Based on all measures relating to visible minorities- persons of color and females comprise the largest groups of successful candidates at Inline. This pattern has been consistent for the last 3 years.
The mid level managers seem to care and the healthcare benefits are ok.
Cons
Pay is well below industry standard, and they'll remind you that at meetings for some reason. The review process is arbitrary and despite the company keeping steady in a market where similar companies are declining, it's never enough. Mind you this is a private company yet bonuses were taken away recently and raises are minimal if you even get one.
