Pros
The management in Lewiston is great. They really know how to make the company run like clockwork. The staff is supported by management most of the time. It’s like a family. We believe in our products and love our customers.
Cons
There has been a change in Company structure over the past several years. Things are getting worse, not better. Meetings can be awkward, and speaking the truth in the presence of some is not OK. It’s still like a family, but with members that you don’t want to be around. At all. The current direction the company is going feels scattered.
