Pros
I have been working in Inkoniq for nearly 6 months now. As is seen in most start ups (though Inkoniq cannot be considered one any more), there is lots to learn here. One gets to learn a lot about "process", which is very helpful to any PM. The management is very supportive and open to any ideas or suggestions one might have. In terms of salary, I can say that they gave me the bump in salary on joining that I required. No complaints there. I cannot comment on mid year hikes because I am yet to receive one considering it has been only 5+ months now (fingers crossed). They are truly growing at a fast pace, and anyone who is here now will grow with the company.
Cons
They expect nothing lesser than perfection, so all people wanting to join here should be prepared to go the extra mile.
