We are sorry to hear if you felt unsupported in your role and were missing any key information on the conditions that you mentioned.
We have recently changed our promotions structure on an annual basis to standardize our processes and individuals are still reviewed on their current performance on a regular basis.
We are constantly hiring and salaries are reflected on acquiring competent and skilled workers and each individual is paid based on their given experience and performance.
While we understand that the work at Inkitt can be dynamic and challenging at times, we do also offer unlimited paid time off and encourage employees to take the necessary time off from work to always rest and recharge. We encourage open communication, especially with your team managers to address these needs and to hand over tasks and processes if this is necessary.
