Pros
We're offered pitch training daily and a warm up into the day by playing games, either combined with a pitch training or just for fun. Managers / Directors & CEO always find time for a heart to heart and are very flexible in special requests (working from home, bringing in children & pets due to urgencies) In my team, our schedule is construced into power hours and down times : so that we truly get a 100% focus on our work and don't completely exhaust ourselves. This way we can assure good results. During down towns we can play table tennis, use the boxing sack, trampoline and ride the bikes in our office. We also have 2 Showers. The kitchen feels a bit more like home, because we're getting more than just fruits and coffee. We have a big variety of teas, milk sorts, spreads, fresh bread and bagels, and veggies. A big plus for me are the smoothie maker machine and toast grills. I absolutely love coming into the office and being greeted by an incredibely beautiful floral smell. Our office looks more like a bar / hotel, which helps to relax and feel comfortable. Who works hard can also party hard - every now & then our managers organzie Pizza parties, Quiz evenings with a prize to win, and winter / summer parties. Also beside the organized parties - we have a bar in the office which we're allowed to use whenever. These events allow us to get to know each other (sales & creative team) better and spend more time together. It's a fuzzy, warm feeling to be appreciated and acknowledged by both colleagues, as well as higher ups. Everyone is very easy to talk to.
Cons
Sometimes the colleagues feel too comfortable to clean the kitchen after themselves. (leaving butter knives, crumbs and fridge doors open)
