      *Inizio schedule's behavior therapist in the city they live *Supervisor is friendly *Good for people fresh out of college with degrees in behavior, psychology, and sociology degrees.

      Cons

      *Not as much supervision as a new behavior therapist needs. *At times you'll feel like your own supervisor, which is good and bad. *When I first started I seen my supervisor once and not for the rest of the month.

      Not many morning clients, but I know this is due to client's school schedule.

      Pros

      Great owners who always puts clients needs first. All levels of management are supportive and invested in your personal development. This company allows you to be independent and is very trusting of their employees. The clinical director in Long beach is supportive and invested in helping all levels of clinical staff. The owners and directors leave ego's out the door. They make sure to validate everyone's concerns. Therapist in Long beach are receptive to feed back and are well trained in ABA .

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is driving to La Canada or Granada Hills to for monthly meetings. To maximize on time and efficiency I suggest SKYPE team meetings for BCBA's that live in the Long Beach area
