Have you seen our company’s Glassdoor profile? It’s not great. “Terrible leadership.” “Work somewhere else.” It goes on and on. But, there are also some glowing reviews. “Passionate people driving Innovation.” “Senior management goes out of their way to remind employees that their doors are always open to questions and concerns.” “Leadership… really strives to help their people feel valued.” You’ll find a mixed bag. Some of the feedback is total BS but some of it is truthful, and not just the good parts. We show our true colors without fear. We encourage any future employee to check out our Glassdoor profile. When you become part of our team, we want you to come in with eyes wide open. Bottom line, we don’t like secrets. We are who we are. We’ve of course have made missteps, and we’ve always taken necessary action to course correct and improve. But there are also bad apples at every company at one time or another. Are you reading a review from a bad apple or someone genuine? Meet with us, see what our vibe is like, and if our ambitions match. Just keep in mind: companies aren’t simply here to better you. We of course want this to happen. However, we are a place of work. And the work is our #1 priority. If you share the same philosophy of striving for greatness, while putting the client first, we’ll probably make a good match. We like to be as transparent as it gets. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and give your best, we are certainly here to reward it.
