      Pros

      Some leaders in the business are brilliant. If you have access to them you can learn a lot. If you don't you will be left to dangle in the wind when something goes south. Over reactions to minor issues are rampant.

      Cons

      You will get written off quickly if you are not signing up long nights and weekends. Exciting projects but no staff to do the work.

      Great company to work for. Really cares for their employees. Great pay in good benefits. Environmentally conscious.
