      Pros

      Its a good place to start, a good place to upskill, a good place to learn. Very supportive environment. Employees are friendly, my supervisor and boss itself are friendly.

      Cons

      Probably the salary, but I understand its following the market rate, so not much of a con.

      Sometimes long hours and you can’t turn down overtime.
