Pros

It's a job, benefits are sub-par with Nashville market, discount on books

Cons

DO NOT BELIEVE the positive reviews posted. HR sent out a mass company wide email asking folks to come on here and post how "great" it is to work for ICG. The 3.7 rating is artificially inflated. This is by far the WORST company to work for in Nashville. Employees are run through the ringer and spit out. The Finance department is the worst of the worse. Upper management in finance does not care about employee well-being. 80% of the finance department has turned over in the last year and a half. That's why there's always job postings for Finance Managers and analysts. They're not adding staff, they're just trying to replace the last person who filled the position for 9 months. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Pros

I've been genuinely impressed with Ingram Content Group since joining. What stood out during the interview process was how much people seemed to actually care about the company and it's mission, and that's held up in practice, which isn't always the case. The role has given me room to apply what I know while also pushing into new territory. There's a culture of curiosity here that I didn't expect, questions are welcomed, cross-functional visibility is real, and you're not siloed into a narrow lane. I have a broad background across industries and company sizes, and Ingram ranks among the best places I've worked. The culture feels real rather than performative.

Cons

Genuinely no cons to report

Pros

Welcoming, supportive, and collaborative work environment. A culture that genuinely demonstrates empathy and respect for others. Excellent benefits and resources for employees. Meaningful opportunities to participate in volunteer and community outreach initiatives. Valuable hands-on experience and professional development opportunities. Ability to apply and further develop my design skills through real business projects. Supportive leadership and teammates who are invested in employee success. Positive company culture that makes employees feel valued and appreciated.

Cons

I have only been with Ingram for almost two months as an intern, so I do not feel I have been here long enough to provide meaningful feedback on potential drawbacks or areas for improvement.
