      Pros

      The people were nice but many were not serious about their jobs.

      Cons

      Some project managers did not want to win a bid. They just wanted to ride out their time. Some were good and cared. Management didn't seem serious about getting business. To lax on people.

      Family oriented. Easy to take a day if you need it.

      Cons

      Management not constant. Some employees not part of a team effort. They pushed management around.
