Pros
This is a decent job if you are a student wanting to make money or a retiree who just wants to make some extra cash. Surprisingly, if you are full time, and do your job, raises come annually. Depending on the store, they will work with you to give you a schedule that you want or need. That's only if you are part time.
Cons
Unless you are able to get full time, you will not make very much money as they tend to start you very close to minimum wage. Medical benefits are outrageous cost wise. They use in company health insurance, thus charge a ridiculous amount for very little coverage. They do have sick time, but you are only allowed to use it if you miss 5 consecutive days and have a doctors note to go with it. Bonuses are very minimal at best. Corporate Management sucks. They will treat you like a dog, and speak down to you. They have absolutely no business sense whatsoever. They will not listen to employees ideas whatsoever as to how to make the store better. Their word is law no matter how stupid the idea. There are a lot of hardworkers for this company, but there are also those you cannot trust. They will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat if they feel it will get them moved up into management. Be careful who you associate yourself with.
