Pros

Fake pay, changing lives under duress, team mates, prestige. The fake smiles and lies of recruiters and management as they draw you in.

Cons

Insane targets brought in after you start. Mind games. Threats. Intimidation. Your world will shrink until all you can think about is what your boss says you've done wrong.

Cons

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
