      Pros

      Strong structure for progression and rewards based on performance. Regular team activities and opportunities to shadow with colleagues. Comfortable working conditions

      Cons

      Very KPI driven with little flexibility in approach. Results were always the priority and the people in the teams, and the clients attending were always 2nd priority. Rules are changed to suite the companies financial goals

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
