This is a great place to work, with a strong balance of working hard, moving at pace, and being genuinely innovative—alongside plenty of camaraderie along the way. It’s not for the faint-hearted, but there’s a truly supportive and collaborative atmosphere, which makes it all the more rewarding.

There aren’t really any major cons—apart from the office getting a bit cramped when there are big events! Definitely not the worst con to have.

Since joining earlier this year, I've integrated in to an immediate team who look after each other, strive to do better each day and support each other wholeheartedly. I find the wider team just as supportive and friendly. There is a good work life balance, working from home mostly but not micromanaged. I have the autonomy to get on with my work and trusted to do it. Benefits package is very generous and Im paid well. No complaints here and I can see myself progressing in this company

Not necessarily a con to be honest. Its fast paced work and you need good time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines and independently. I find that I balance this well and my colleagues are always on hand if needed.
