The work place is extremely toxic off late due to the stress as in any infra company. To top it the recently hired CFO is an extremely arrogant and toxic boss . Have personally seen people leave because of the this idiot. All he does is suck up to the MD. CFO has terrorised the finance setup due to which employee morale is extremely low. He has lost credibility among investors too. Would not recommend joining the finance team unless you have limited self respect.
