Pros
Too many to count. Infracore focuses on employee development, communication, and creating a healthy environment for employees to develop and progress in their careers. With a focus on clear communication and commitments, Infracore creates a culture of acceptance, transparency, and accountability. Upper management truly cares about their employees, their mental health, happiness in their role, and their development. The certification program is top tier and time is baked into your schedule to study while on the clock. Capacity management and avoiding overwhelm are a core tenant of work at Infracore, making sure you are not burning yourself out whenever it can be avoided. This feeds into the commitment to W/L balance and to the 40 hour a week schedule. In IT, you will always have times where OT is required, but Infracore makes a concerted effort to limit that when possible. The Talent Acquisition team is top notch at finding the right fit for the culture and it shows with the shared values and alignment of the entire team. Finally, the standards are high. The tools and guidance are given to you to meet those standards, and it develops employees into powerhouse IT professionals that are well poised for the rest of their career. Infracore employees that go elsewhere are generally over prepared for lateral position moves. Truly a great company and culture to be a part of. [UPDATE] I posted this review about a year ago and provided feedback that sick time should be a part of the benefits package. I am happy to report that they have listened to the feedback and introduced sick time for hourly employees! This is just further testament to the leaders and culture at Infracore, and I am proud to be a part of such an organization.
Cons
Infracore listens to feedback and makes changes when needed, so I don't really have cons to add as they are generally resolved quickly when they come up.
