If you are not a salary employee you don't count and can be replaced. There are no bonuses for hourly even though everyone else gets one. There are promises made and never kept. No training and no respect from immediate upper management. You are yelled at in front of everybody for every little thing. You constantly have to defend yourself. You can be replaced and you should be thankful for a raise that doesn't even cover the cost of living.
