Pros
Excellent company updates and events - well informed on developments within organisation and strong efforts made on internal events to keep up engagement and company culture. Good colleagues - some excellent coworkers, some of the best in the industry in their field.
Cons
Inconsistent treatment and policies - the company have a 4 days in office expectation and HR police this for everyone but are never in 4 days themselves as they are either on special working arrangements so come in less and as and when they want or they are off sick. Gives a bad impression to the rest of the organisation and is counterproductive to the strong culture we try to maintain. Compensation - you get hired and HR tell you a package and manage false expectations as you get to the review cycle and end up with less than you had been led to believe.
