A couple of problematic Senior Leaders that have far too much influence and no relevant experience outside of this one company, and it shows. There seems to be a hard push back on any attempts to improve processes or even learn anything new. There's no accountability taken for terrible reactive decision making that drives away the best talent and It's been going on for years.
