      Working in a NFP that connects technology with social justice

      Cons

      A poorly thought through business strategy, an inability to shift from a very old way of "doing IT", a very poor understanding of how to work as a "team", developers directed by business stakeholders and a HR practice that does not know the basics.

      Lots of great people and admirable goals to help the community

      Cons

      There were at least 3 other negative reviews recently that have disappeared for some reason, that were highlighting the ongoing difficult organisation restructure and some poor management. This should be visible.
