Bad treatment of female employees. The management is like a diplomat & betraying person whom you can never trust. They never stay true on their commitments. They do not care about the employees who work hard for them. There is issue in this company everyday because of poor management, bad decision making. The employees do not trust the company. They work on hire and fire policy. No dignity or respect for the older employees. They will start thinking of firing if not performed well in one week. Perform well and we will increase your salary - they will say this 100 times but will never raise the salary.
