      No Pros- I am working in IGI Bangalore

      Let me start from the beginning 1.) No Employee Benefits 2.) Long working hours 3.) They treat employee as slaves. 4.) If you speak up for something wrong, You will be FIRED. 5.) Compensation is very less. 6.) Appraisal is hardly an amount. 7.) Do i need to list more?

      Poor or no tools, lie about tool capabilities, Are racially discriminatory and find all types of excuses not to pay employees bonuses and final pay.
