For beginners, this is the best place to work. You can get a solid foundation here for your career. And nothing can beat the training process at Infosys, as long as you are willing to learn.

Cons

Infosys training can rigorous, but I think its worth in the end. The career growth can be very limited. If your lucky, you can fly to places and climb ladders in few months or years. If no, then you will be like a stagnant water learning nothing from your work.
