- Pay is good now compared to other companies
- Good for getting some experience in a variety of fields (customer service, training, quality auditing, etc)
- Good coworkers

- Micromanaging
- Unclear rules, favoritism, some people get punished others don't.
- Timesheet system is glitchy
- No clock in system to make tracking hours easier
- Not enough growth opportunities. Some employees have worked there for years, were promised promotions and never got them. Moving up is more dependent on how well you're liked.
- Low employee retention
- Feeling like your work and contributions are never satisfactory
- Difficult to get approved for time off
