Pros

Great colleagues and supportive teammates. There were opportunities to grow within the company and take on additional responsibilities beyond the original role. The work environment could be motivating when working closely with the right people.

Cons

Unfortunately, there was a strong sense of favoritism within parts of management. Many employees felt that team leads focused mainly on a small group of “preferred” agents rather than supporting and developing the entire team equally. At times the atmosphere felt more like a school environment where popularity mattered too much. There was also a lack of transparency and structure regarding career growth and promotions. Employees who took on additional responsibilities were highly valued as long as they continued delivering extra work. But when asking about promised salary increases or promotions, answers were often vague and repeatedly delayed. One of the most disappointing aspects was the feeling that employees were not truly valued long term. Promises made by management were not always kept and trust was lost over time. A statement that particularly stayed with me was: “Everyone is replaceable.” This mindset had a negative impact on morale and company culture.

Pros

Relatively stable. Instead of being fired, if a contract with a client ends or the client is overstaffed. you are moved to another client. Clean facilities.

Cons

You have to weekly put in your hours in a system that can be troublesome. Work heavily depends on client you are put with. No remote possibilities at all even if the work can be completely remotely. Pay increases are limited to nonexistent unless switching to a trainer or team lead position. Equipment is outdated and problematic unless the client provides their own. Bad employee retention. Depending on client, training can be completely irrelevant to the actual job.
