Great Learning - Software Developer Infosec Ventures Employee Review

There was nothing positive about my experience with this company.

Communication was poor, management lacked professionalism, and the work environment was not supportive. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

You get leaves (15/yr) which you can’t use, untill your manager is in good mood or you are his/her favourite or the director is not aware of you are his employee.

Full of s***** people, worst place to work or spend your 9 hours daily, no basic facilities(washroom,filtered water,parking, tea, coffee, & HR) they will tempt you with handsome ctc but guess what half of it goes into your quarterly bonus which never comes more than 40% to your pocket. They will make you work like a donkey day nd night when they need you/escalations (which is mostly on weekends) means it’s 24/7 job if they need you bcoz they don’t have experts nd proper human resources, but when you need them to support you, grant you leave or early leave due to any important/medical reason it suddenly becomes you are not serious about your job. And APPRAISALS, ohh god…that’s a joke there.. been there for 2 years, don’t go there..full of s***
