13yI am very sorry, and disturbed, to hear these comments. The described behavior and leadership approach are very much a concern and need to be addressed. It is not in line with Information Mosaic’s ny values, which are very important to me, and all the management team. We take these comments very seriously and I personally want to get to the bottom of this and get transparency. We are in the process of getting an independent assessment and will take appropriate corrective action. In IM we are justifiably proud of our culture and encourage direct feedback, which is normally received openly. We will take this as an opportunity to take strong actions if needed and further improve. Employee engagement is a top priority for us.
