Great salary, HR Department, colleagues and leadership.

Small raises and no bonuses

They are very easy to work with. I worked at a remote location on a government contract so I didn't have much direct contact with the company but they were helpful when needed. Very little corporate BS to interfere with day-to-day work.

They need to revise their vacation policy since it doesn't roll over. Every January, I was back to zero days. They would pay the leftover balance at the end of December.
