But the re-structuring in Marketing to which you refer happened well over a year ago, so let’s start there. While there were several positions impacted, the changes in Marketing at the time cannot be characterized as a “mass layoff.” The department was re-designed to align with a greater emphasis on programs and that meant that some roles changed. Since that time, Informatica has continued to grow and invest in its infrastructure, including Marketing. As for measuring employees’ performance, our performance management process underwent significant change earlier this year. We implemented a quarterly review process so that managers and their employees could discuss goals and objectives more frequently. This revision gives them the ability to make revisions or corrections as necessary rather than waiting until the end of the year. Response so far has been positive. Since last year, Informatica has continued to grow – the Company’s Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) stands at 17% for the past 7 years. Over half of our revenue comes from products brought to market in the past five years or sooner. We believe our success is a testament to the effectiveness of the strategy developed by our senior leadership and implemented by our employees worldwide.
