Pros
I've worked here for 5+ years and each year I have seen and been a part of positive change and progression. It's good to see healthy investment not just in the products, but the people and culture too. We seem to be growing every year (check out the share price!), and are doing so both organically, and by some really strong strategic acquisitions, which we are now very good at integrating. It's good to be working as part of a truly global company, dynamic in vision, and caring about it's staff who will ultimately drive and deliver on that vision.
Cons
It's a big company. At times we can be a little slower than some of us would like in making decisions and getting things done.
