Pros
1. Good brand recognition in terms of US presence. 2. Decent workplace. 3. Well crafted office interiors confirming to global theme.
Cons
1. Pune top brass are attention hogs. The most unprofessional lot that you'll ever work with. 2. Rusted screws are hard to undo because of corrosion. They do not help keep things together but simply spread corrosion that they've gathered over some time. 3. If you want to be a yes man sucking up to local bosses who will make you do their powerpoint presentations etc, you are bound to succeed with ample recognition. If you protest for their incompetence, you'll get enough wrath from them. 4. It helps to have talent and work efficiency but that will probably be the last ask. Politics will be first.
