Worked for a month - Web Developer Infonius Solutions Employee Review

This is really great company to work because: 1. Direct communication with CEO/Client/PM, this help you to gain knowledge which is really helpful. 2. Start project from scratch. If you are hardcore developer, this is perfect place. 3. Your ideas, thought process is always greeted :) 4. You can grow a lot, if you've keep learning attitude. 5. You will get lots of challenges, this will be like #KHURAK to mind. 6. Get to know overseas people & how they do it. So it's like you will have direct interaction with people from different countries. These are the people from whom you always love to gain knowledge. 7. Work flexibility. You could work remotely as well. 8. Yeah, party every month ! 9. The greatest thing I learnt here is, nothing is impossible(practically). There is always way around for every problem. 10. You could explore lots of technologies. 11. You will get exposed to work at architecture level as well. (yeah, you should be that smart ;) )

Not exactly I'll say these are cons, but just little downside: 1. Salary is credited little late. As in mid of month. 2. Not much benefits other than salary & WFH.

To begin with, its an amazing place to learn and grow. Each day I am learning and doing something new, which really matters to me; personally and professional Also, the flexibility and freedom to work as you like (as long as you get things done, ofcourse) is like an icing on the cake. Besides that, as a start-up, the urge to do better and better and to grow just makes it a place to look forward to being every day, instead of just doing a 'job'!
