Pros
Will hire new college graduates and entry level employees. Most coworkers were great! Nice people albeit feeling stuck in their roles.
Cons
No structure, vision or strategy. Be prepared to be at the whim of the owner, who is as temperamental as he is out of touch. Things changed week to week, so flexibility is necessary and so is patience. Lots of turnover.
This company is a direct competitor of infogroup (same product, same founder, same leadership team but much smaller) do a quick google search for how their history panned out.
As a young professional, Infofree provided me with valuable lessons: always research a company's history and founder, if a company's culture doesn't fit your ethical views it's best to be an employee elsewhere and if you see clear signs of sexism and harassment in an office it's time to go!
When I interviewed for subsequent jobs, people would smirk when I mentioned Infofree and ask me how that was going. Locally, the leadership team doesn't have a good rap and larger companies know it. I haven't been with the company for a while, so maybe things have changed but I doubt it.
