I have my previous industry experience with MNCs, sharing some insights based on my experience with Infocusp: - Better opportunities for growth at Infocusp. - You learn more and spend less time on needless processes unlike MNCs. - If you like hands-on coding and want satisfaction of having actually implemented something, Infocusp is the place for you. - Better work related scopes and clients, wider-range of projects and quality of work at Infocusp. - Infocusp pays as good as other MNCs and still maintains that personal connect with all employees. - The domain expertise that each person on the team brings makes your journey a greating learning experience at Infocusp.

Haven't come across any in my ~4 years tenure at Infocusp.

1. The quality of projects (both machine learning and software) is really good. 2. Super friendly and cooperative colleagues. Amazing environment to work. 3. CEO of the company is super supportive and highly intelligent. 4. Time flexibility and games like TT for refreshment.

Cant think of any.
