Good place for learning practical skills

Slow to change some process

Hands-on experience to the front-line in-house and off-site IT support, e.g. contact to the IT department from diff. schools etc. Have a know-how for the project cycle. Have exposure about HKEAA's project cycle.

Won't feel learning very much as the content is mostly repetitive.
