Pros
I am relatively new (<1 Year), but I love it so far! Pros: - Culture: It's not all talk, Infoblox really makes an effort to put employees first and act on feedback employees provide. I've never worked for a company that works so hard to embody its own core values. - Management: supportive, knowledgable, and welcoming management - Technical Skill: Infoblox engineers have exceptional skill levels and expertise - Growth Opportunities: gives recognition through promotions, bonuses, and other incentive programs, has clear routes employees may take to move vertically, very supportive of lateral movement (even departmental transfers) - Diversity and Inclusion: Infoblox works on ensuring a diverse, inclusive environment!
Cons
It hasn't been an issue for me, but I know this to be an issue for some employees: Many teams span multiple timezones meaning some very early or late meeting times (Might be more evident if you operate outside of North American timezones). Another issue that I've heard is unclear processes. Infoblox is going through many improvements to adapt to a more modern approach to software development. In doing so, processes are often changing (or sometimes simply undetermined).
