Pros

Over 3 weeks of flexible PTO and sick time, reimbursable fitness/wellness expense

Cons

- HQ is only focused on the upcoming IPO, all other comms are sporadic and frequently change focus - Data teams are kept in the dark for nearly a year, unable to access or contribute to anything due to lack of trust from HQ. If access to data is required to prove your ability, they will say 'we don't believe you' and ignore your communications for a month or so - Any employees outside of the Mediterranean are viewed with suspicion as only a cost-item to the business - Company is burning VC funding to acquire companies, where they intend on only keeping the customers from the acquisition - The main product from Infobip is so unstable, US customers would never have signed on in the first place - Basic reporting for customers is unavailable, broken, or completed ad-hoc everytime due to lack of interest to 'fix the boring stuff' - SLAs are rarely adhered to with constant outages, expect angry calls with the majority of customers - the product offering provides cookie cutter insights, with no ability to customize or verify data outside of asking for an ad-hoc report and waiting weeks - Social progress stopped at the 1970s, expect communications on adhering to your gender role from Sr. levels. Expect explicit memes at work - Onboarding never completes for remote workers, where living in Croatia for 3+ months is "required" to fully understand why infrastructure hasn't changed in 15 years and is a mess, and why little will be done about it - C-level will say rosy wonderful things, such as 'everyone has a home here' or 'we will be with you every step of the way'. Followed by laying-off 1/3 of a company the next month. Little reason to trust comms from HQ

Pros

Fast moving, quick decisions, lots of freedom to innovate.

Cons

Ownership is a "friends & family" deal, and most decisions are made based on who knows who rather than business needs.
