Pros
Infobip is a young company with a huge potential and a promising future, and that's the result of the people who work every day to bring always better results. I arrived at Infobip almost a year ago and from the first moment I stepped in I felt valued and listened to. My team is awesome and we work very efficiently in such an organic way that work actually just flows. We respect each other and the environment in general is very familiar and friendly. However, the highlight of the company is that they give us, employees and customers, the opportunity to be heard, since we can suggest ideas, changes, or improvements in reference to products, processes, services, and mostly anything. Being in a commercial position, I could never expect not to have some level of pressure, specially at the end of each quarter, but it's actually very manageable. Also the benefits are cool and the Team Building activities are really fun and help us bond even more.
Cons
We are currently a little short in personnel, and some areas have a slightly heavier workload than they used to due to the company's fast growth, but that's expected to be solved soon. Compensation could improve, but the company's still competitive in reference to salary and the balance is still positive, since the benefits include paid lunch, Team Buildings, OTT medical insurance, and remote work among others.
