As a former employee, we are disappointed to read your feedback. Any and all changes to processes or personnel are implemented strategically, with the success of our members, organization, and employees at the forefront of all decisions. We understand that it can feel frustrating not to achieve bonus targets for compensation. The organization is rapidly growing, expanding product offerings, scaling teams, and increasing our presence in global markets. However, the professional growth of team members also remains a focus. The organization has long been committed to offering robust training and support to all team members to help them reach their goals and find success within their roles.
Employee feedback is valued by the leadership team to gauge impact of processes and programs as well as to understand any areas that require further support, so we encourage employees to take advantage of the various feedback channels set up to gather input. We also continue to ask employees to connect with their managers or with HR to share their perspectives.
