As we continue to expand in our global markets, we are consistently evaluating processes and executing long- and short-term strategies to increase brand awareness. Our marketing team continues to implement proven strategies and tactics that have yielded exceptional results in our North American markets in other markets, including APAC and Europe. We understand that being a critical team member in these markets can come with growing pains, which is why we appreciate the patience of these teams as new awareness tactics progress.
In the meantime, we offer various support systems, including thorough onboarding, on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to provide all team members with the resources they need to be successful in their roles. We encourage employees to take advantage of these opportunities, including the annual professional development stipend, to further enable their individual and team successes.
Alongside supporting our global employees, we also provide several feedback loops for all employees. These feedback avenues include regularly scheduled 1-1 meetings with managers, monthly anonymous employee feedback surveys, company-wide Town Halls with a Q&A session at the end, and the opportunity to connect directly with HR to voice any concerns.
