Pros

- company culture supports growth and development - recognizable brand and name has created strong awareness in the industry - excellent support systems, managers, directors, and consistent communication from top level

Cons

- territory segmentation has caused issues for quite a few reps at the lower levels - although given plenty of tools to learn, product is difficult to learn without a direct background

As a tenured team member, it’s great to hear that you feel supported by Info-Tech's workplace culture, people leaders, and communication from leadership. As we continue to leverage this year’s employee engagement survey data to address common themes, feedback like yours helps affirm that we are on the right track to making our organization an even better place to work for all. Externally, the hypergrowth trajectory we are on allows us to continue to build strong brand awareness in the industry. Internally, Info-Tech's expansion has enabled us to increasingly prioritize and support professional growth and development, including the generous annual L&D stipend for each individual employee, on-the-job training, coaching and mentorship, and so much more. If you have specific career aspirations, we encourage you to connect with your manager to work together to identify a professional development plan to help to achieve your goals. We’d like to specifically address your point regarding sales territories and share that we’re presently piloting a data enrichment program that is yielding successful results, prompting us to evaluate how to best scale this solution moving forward. Additionally, we continue to invest in our business development representative (BDR) function, with one of the goals being to help offset scrubbing workloads for our sales team members. We also continue to refine Info-Tech's market segmentation efforts to better enable our sales representatives to reach their goals and achieve long-term success. We sincerely appreciate your thorough and thoughtful feedback and are glad to have you on the team!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. As a growth-focused organization, we pride ourselves on providing ample development opportunities both on the job and in more formal education environments. We would like to address your concerns with team design, senior management, and time management, but regret there is not enough detail to properly comment on each aspect. What we can share is that this is a fast-paced industry that requires exceptional time management from all employees, regardless of the team they’re on. We continue to invest in training for all levels of employees, including senior management and leadership, to ensure that teams receive the support needed to meet targets and enjoy the process while doing so. We are all working together to achieve ambitious goals for the company’s next chapter. Finally, our team structure is designed to facilitate a collaborative environment in which we can be proud of the work we do. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed your time with Info-Tech, including working with your colleagues and the learning provided. We wish you the best in your future endeavors!

Pros

The role can provide experience in sales development, outbound communication, and working within a fast-paced performance-driven environment.

Cons

There appears to be inconsistency in how opportunities and accounts are distributed among employees, leading to concerns about fairness and morale. High daily call expectations can create pressure, especially when account quality varies significantly.
