Our hiring managers and talent acquisition teams work closely with Finance and HR to ensure compensation is equitable, considers skills and experience, and is in-line with current market trends. We take pride in our knowledgeable, skilled team members and are committed to ensuring our people leaders have the necessary tools and resources to effectively and compassionately manage their teams.
Presently, Info-Tech supports seven employee resources groups (ERGs) as well as the new RiseUp Mentorship Program, which serves to increase visibility and representation from underrepresented groups through mentorship and coaching. The current cohort is focused on developing women leaders. The next cohort is expected to be announced this fall. In addition to the trainings on anti-racism, inclusive leadership, DEI foundations, allyship, and cultural sensitivity that have been introduced in recent years, we continue to pursue ways to improve existing opportunities and implement new pipelines to support our efforts in diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
