Pros

Innovative work spaces. Casual. Tries to be forward thinking company. Great product for IT people.

Cons

When I worked there, the floor culture was terrible. Upper management were all hired university friends of the CEO. They had no experience in management. It was a great place to work for about 3 months and then when it gets bad you start to think it's you. It's like being in an abusive relationship. I mean, they keep telling you Infotech is so great so then it must be you right? The high stress sales environment usually equated to high stress relieving activities like drinking and drugs. (some of which were supplied by management) There are a lot healthier places to work. Avoid this one at all costs. You didn't spend all the precious money on a degree to end up here. They will sell you the moon when you get hired. It hasn't changed in 10 years, it won't change anytime soon.

As a growth-focused organization, we pride ourselves on providing ample development opportunities both on the job and in more formal education environments. We would like to address your concerns with team design, senior management, and time management, but regret there is not enough detail to properly comment on each aspect. What we can share is that this is a fast-paced industry that requires exceptional time management from all employees, regardless of the team they’re on. We continue to invest in training for all levels of employees, including senior management and leadership, to ensure that teams receive the support needed to meet targets and enjoy the process while doing so. We are all working together to achieve ambitious goals for the company’s next chapter. Finally, our team structure is designed to facilitate a collaborative environment in which we can be proud of the work we do. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed your time with Info-Tech, including working with your colleagues and the learning provided. We wish you the best in your future endeavors!

Pros

The role can provide experience in sales development, outbound communication, and working within a fast-paced performance-driven environment.

Cons

There appears to be inconsistency in how opportunities and accounts are distributed among employees, leading to concerns about fairness and morale. High daily call expectations can create pressure, especially when account quality varies significantly.
