Pros

- you get to work with a lot of great people - company events are nice - logging off is the best part of my day everyday

Cons

- fakest positive work life balance ever - vp solution to everything is a PIP (especially if you’re under 75% of target) since over 50% of BDRs hit target apparently - didnt have the energy to do anything after because how mentally draining it was working at a glorified call center - laughably low pay for market

We’re agree that the people here leave a strong, positive impression and are a reflection of the culture we’ve built. We’re glad that this was part of your experience. To provide clarity on the rest of your review, the sales process is intentionally structured, performance is tracked closely to ensure success, and support is built in, including when a team member may be off track. Performance plans are intended to be a way to reset expectations and provide direction to help employees realign with their goals. Compensation and targets are also reviewed regularly against role expectations and market conditions. That said, sales can sometimes feel like a challenging environment and won’t necessarily be the right fit for everyone. Your feedback is valued and noted, and we wish you the best going forward.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. As a growth-focused organization, we pride ourselves on providing ample development opportunities both on the job and in more formal education environments. We would like to address your concerns with team design, senior management, and time management, but regret there is not enough detail to properly comment on each aspect. What we can share is that this is a fast-paced industry that requires exceptional time management from all employees, regardless of the team they’re on. We continue to invest in training for all levels of employees, including senior management and leadership, to ensure that teams receive the support needed to meet targets and enjoy the process while doing so. We are all working together to achieve ambitious goals for the company’s next chapter. Finally, our team structure is designed to facilitate a collaborative environment in which we can be proud of the work we do. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed your time with Info-Tech, including working with your colleagues and the learning provided. We wish you the best in your future endeavors!

Pros

The role can provide experience in sales development, outbound communication, and working within a fast-paced performance-driven environment.

Cons

There appears to be inconsistency in how opportunities and accounts are distributed among employees, leading to concerns about fairness and morale. High daily call expectations can create pressure, especially when account quality varies significantly.
